The School of Nursing and Midwifery offers four-year undergraduate
Bachelor of Science degree programmes in Nursing and Midwifery.
These programmes are designed to prepare highly skilled, ethical,
and competent healthcare professionals equipped to meet national
and global healthcare needs.

Programme Highlight
1. Credit passes (A1-C6) that is aggregate 36 or better in the following courses would be eligible for admission:
- General Science
- General Arts
- Home Economics (Food and Nutrition option)
- General Agriculture with (Chemistry, Physics or Biology, Elective Mathematics)
2. DIPLOMA NURSE’S ENTRY:
Candidates with diploma in registered general nursing awarded by institutions recognized by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) of Ghana and the following:
- Transcript with
- NMC certificate
- NMC PIN
- Birth certificate
- WASSCE/SSSCE
3. ENROLLED NURSES’ (POST HAC/NAC TOP-UP) ENTRY:
- Transcript with
- NMC certificate
- NMC AIN
- Birth certificate
- WASSCE/SSSCE
- Participate and pass a six-week access course with the school.
