QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a hospital, university, or similar institutional environment.
• Professional membership of a relevant recognised body will be an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in building services, health and safety, utilities management, and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, organisational and problem-solving skills.
